A Scarface Blue fajta, Tom Wagner fajtája. Egy mondhatni egyszerű féldeterminált/determinált antociános fajta.
A növény magassága 80cm, fürtben záródik, igen sok termést hozott a nagy, hosszú fürtjein.
A termései érdekesen 2-3 nagy rekeszre tagoltak, amorfak, minimális fényre is erősen antociános lesz. 50-70 grammos, íze édeskés, mandulás.
The Scarface Blue variety is Tom Wagner’s creation. It can be described as a straightforward semi-determinate/determinate anthocyanin tomato.
The plant grows to about 80 cm, with tightly clustered fruits, producing a large number of tomatoes on its long, sizable clusters.
The fruits are interestingly divided into 2–3 large compartments, amorphous in shape, and develop strong anthocyanin coloration even with minimal light. They weigh 50–70 grams and have a sweet, almond-like flavor.
