A Burracker’s Favorit paradadicsom egy heirloom fajta, amely az Egyesült Államokból, a Kék-hegység lábánál fekvő Hollow Burrackerből származik. Burracker’s Favorit is an heirloom tomato variety originating from Hollow Burracker, at the foot of the Blue Mountains in the United States. It is a large beefsteak-type tomato that can reach weights of up to 1 kg. The fruits are heavily ribbed and swollen at the top, with a yellow base color and reddish marbling on the skin.
In 2025, its largest fruit exceeded 1300 grams, narrowly missing the record in the red tomato category.
The plant is robust, with the first fruits being incredibly large, while those from the second level onward are somewhat smaller. Its flavor is old-fashioned, reminiscent of traditional heirloom tomatoes.
