Blue Beauty is one of Brad Gates’ most beautiful varieties and one of the most iconic tomatoes of the 2010s. Its uniqueness lies in being one of the very first anthocyanin-skinned beefsteak tomatoes.
It is a semi-determinate plant, about 150 cm tall, with moderate vigor.
The fruits weigh 150–300 grams, and under the strongest light, the entire skin can develop anthocyanins. The flavor is fruity, with a measured Brix of 4.8.
